Planning a bulk order? We recommend ordering one customized bottle first to make sure the product and design are right for your team. Once you’re happy with it, save the recipe ID—you’ll use it to submit the same design for your bulk order.
If your desired quantity meets the bulk-order threshold for that product, you’ll be directed to a short inquiry form. Your design will carry over to the form, and a dedicated sales contact will help you finalize pricing, availability, quantities, and timing.
Please note that larger orders may require additional lead time.

What products are available for corporate gifting?
You can customize a bulk order of the Owala FreeSip® 24oz and 32oz, FreeSip® Sway 30oz, FreeSip® Tumbler 30oz, and SmoothSip® Slider 20oz. All are available in Shy Marshmallow and Very Very Black.
What kind of art can I customize for my business?
Our branded corporate gifts can be engraved (color printing is not offered at this time for bulk orders) with any owned design, logo, or names, that you own. Please make sure you own the rights to any art you upload. Check our Terms & Conditions for more uploading details.
What file type should I upload for the best custom design?
For engraving, we recommend simple, graphic artwork. For the crispest, clearest results, upload an SVG file. Files must be 10MB or smaller. If uploading a PNG, remove the background and save the file with a transparent background before uploading. Otherwise, the background—including a white background—will be printed with your design. How long does shipping take for corporate gifts?
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the quantity ordered. You can see the exact number at checkout. For orders under 15, you will still qualify for free shipping.
How many custom corporate gifts can I order at one time?
The more the merrier—custom corporate gift quantities start at 15 units. For orders greater than 300, you will be prompted to fill out an order form so we can successfully fulfill your request. Keep in mind, orders over 300 units may take longer and are eligible for mockup assistance with our customization partners to ensure the best results. No matter what your order size is, we recommend ordering just one to start so you can make sure it's exactly what you envisioned.
What if I’m placing a very large order?
For orders of 300+ units, you will be asked to submit a form after customizing your bottle. Your design will be included automatically and our sales team will reach out in 2-5 business days to help complete your order. Please note that larger orders may require additional time.
What’s the difference between customization and corporate gifting?
Personal customization is for orders of fewer than 15 items.
Ordering 15 or more items that won’t be resold? That’s corporate gifting. If you plan to resell the products, submit a B2B request instead—regardless of quantity.

Why can I only get black and white?
At this time, custom engraving is only available in black and white. We’re always exploring ways to expand our customization options, so stay tuned for more colors in the future!
